About Carol
I believe your home should support the life you're living now, not the life you've outgrown.
My journey into home organizing began with my parents. I helped them downsize and move, and later, after they passed away, I emptied their home. Going through a lifetime of belongings taught me that letting go is about so much more than "stuff". Our possessions can hold memories, emotions, and pieces of our identity—and deciding what to keep, what to let go of, and what to do with it all can be overwhelming.

Later, I found myself going through many of those same experiences in my own life. I downsized from a large home to a much smaller one, and then sold my house, and moved out of state. I navigated multiple moves, seasonal back-and-forth living, storage units, and the constant process of deciding what truly belonged in the next chapter of my life.
Through these experiences, I discovered how profoundly our surroundings can affect how we feel. When we create order in our physical space, we can create more room for calm, clarity, and the life we want to live.
That realization led me to create Harmony + Flow Home Organizing.
My background is rooted in wellness. I'm a Plant Based Chef, Holistic Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher. For years, I've helped people create healthier, more supportive ways of living and managing stress—and I see the home as an important part of that equation.
I don't believe organizing is about perfection or having a picture-perfect home. It's about creating spaces that function well, feel good, and support who you are now.
My approach is thoughtful, practical, and completely judgment-free. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by clutter, navigating a life transition, downsizing, moving, or simply ready for a fresh start, I'm here to help you make the process feel lighter.
Because sometimes creating space in your home is the first step toward creating space in your life.
